1 General Terms & Scope of Agreement

7 Account Closure & Restrictions

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

Nagod9 reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing a false identity or inaccurate information.
• Involvement in any illegal activities.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Upon the member's own request or by court order.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, in normal circumstances or upon the member's own request, any outstanding balance will be returned.
